139 Ludlow Street, NYC

Alteration, addition and conversion of an existing garage/mortuary erected in 1929-1930 and subsequent printing house in 1993 to a Soho House member's only club.

LLA worked with consulting geotechnical, structural and MEP engineers to completely gut the existing structure, excavate and enlarge the existing cellar level, introduce new vertical circulation and provide a new fourth floor conservatory with operable skylights and terraces.
